MATERIALS: Camera Ready Art Specifications |

- We accept a negative image (a photographic image on film
in which the dark and light areas, are reversed with reference
to the original.) All elements of the printed material set
in correct size, place in a proper place, including headlines,
copy, blocks and halftones; keylines showing exact size
and position of halftones or four-color photographs to be
stripped in; spot color elements are to be separated and
marked with screen percentage or PMS color.
- A separate piece of film to be submitted for each color.
All separations, halftones, type etc. must be stripped together
and composited.
- We Do not accept laser-print copies or other copies in
paper form.
- The film must be in printer's spread, film negative,
right reading, emulsion side down (dull side down, shiny
side up).
- The recommended line screen (dots per inch) for printed
material: 150 or 175. The line screen for CD art is 85 dpi.
- A color matchprint must be sent with each individual
job. We can't be responsible for colors if a matchprint
is not furnished.
- A mock-up should be furnished for page placement, folding
etc.
- Computer generated proofs such as: Iris, Thermal proof
are not acceptable for color proofs.
- All film must be to the exact specification of the job
you are having printed plus a 1/16" to 1/8" bleed
for trimming.
- Label all film for color and placement.

| Gold Master |
- We accept a Write Once, CD-R or CD-WO disk, Data Format-
record at an ISO 9660 in Mac Format (HFS).
- We reserve the right to request another format if there
are disk problems or errors.
- Recommended dpi for halftones are 150 or 175 for printed
material and 85 line for CD art.
- All media should be in Macintosh format or a PC format
that can be easily converted (i.e. PageMaker to PageMaker).
- Label with proper file name of each file to be output,
number of colors being output per file, screen line ruling
and proper file name of EPS or TIFF files to be imported
into the document.

| SyQuest Tape |
- We accept a 44mg SyQuest tape.
- We reserve the right to request another format if there
are disk problems or errors.
- Recommended dpi for halftones are 150 or 175 for printed
material and 85 line for CD art.
- All media should be in MacIntosh format or a PC format
that can be easily converted.
- Label with proper file name of each file to be output,
number of colors being output per file, screen line ruling
and proper file names of EPS or TIFF files to be imported
into the document.
- For proper protection in transit to us, negatives should
be sent flat or in a tube.
- A Floppy, Gold Master or SyQuest should be left in the
original case and placed in a padded envelope.
- Additional charges for changes, errors in the original
film, disc or tape. Standard printers' fees based on problems.
