Program Time - The
standard maximum program time is 74' 40". The absolute
maximum program time is 77' 00". Any tapes with program
times greater than 74' 40 will require additional mastering
time and will incur additional costs to the customer. The
minimum program time is 1' 0". The minimum track duration
is 3 seconds.
Studio Work - ComputerINK prefers not to
perform studio work on incoming masters. This is due to the
delicate nature of the work, the limited studio time, and
the added expense to the customer. However, there are some
services that we do offer.
Available services - master tape cloning,
PQ data generation, time code replacement, DAS and SONY conversion,
PQ encoding on tape (SONY format), insertion of ISRC and catalog
number, flag non-flagged emphasis tapes, digital editing (including
combining 2 tapes to 1 tape), demo tape from original tape
(extracting sequential songs).
Unavailable services - analog to digital
conversions, equalization modification (boosting decibel level).

Media - Acceptable input media includes 4mm DDS, 4mm Data/DAT,
8mm, 9-track, 3480 data cartridge, QIC data cartridge, CD-R,
Bernoulli. Call about data transfer via FTP or other input
options. Supported Formats - ISO 9660, High Sierra, HFS. CD-ROM
and Mixed Mode disc formats. Disc Capacity - 688 megabytes
(74 minutes 40 seconds). Premastering – ComputerINK
has an experienced premastering staff using the latest CD
publishing equipment. Services include copying previously
premastered input media, formatting archived or raw input
media, and bit-to-bit comparisons of production discs to input
media.
