| Input descriptions |
- Machine name: This is listed on the main page of your
webcontrol
- Reply Email: Where you want the form to be mailed to after
submission
- Domain name: Your domain name with no www in front
- Form page: Name of your HTML form page, it should be in
your main directory
- Subject: This is the subject that will show in the email
you recieve.
- Filename to redirect: This is only filled in if you want
to provide your own success page.
- please enter just the file name and make sure its in your
main www directory.
- Display as secure: Click this to provide the form action
for use with our SSL
