MATERIALS: Jewel Case Booklet Template

- Component part number should be clearly printed somewhere
on the booklet.
- Use numerical dimensions to ensure booklet is within
specifications.
- The compact disc logo must appear on the outside of the
booklet.
- (There is no requirement for size and placement.)
- Paper stock recommendations:
- For 1 - 28 page booklet, use 100 lb for cover page and
70 lb for text pages.
- Up to 32 page booklet, use 100 lb for cover page and
33 lb for text pages.
- (Maximum thickness not to exceed 0.055".)
- Hand packaged product will result in a surcharge.
